SMS is a 37 foot Marko Sambrailo and is the perfect boat and best located floating apartment on the water. It is currently homed in a dpi leased pen in the most sought after Challenger Harbour, 5 minutes from the heart of Fremantle. It is only 2 mins from the open ocean, with a quick 25 mins to Rotto, Garden Island and even Rockingham. There are plenty of choices on your door step with this amazing pen, even if you simply wanted to park up at Kailis and be the envy of onlookers.

 

SMS absolutely purrs with the brand new 3208 435hp turbo charged caterpillar under the hood, fitted in September 2017. This engine has a very economical cruise speed of 16 knots and a top speed of around 20 knots. With only 14 hours on the clock since replacement, you need not worry about any engine dramas. With 1000L fuel tank fitted for long range cruising this boat can go anywhere. Fishing, diving weekends at Rotto or just cruising down the river. Entertaining on this boat is a breeze with its huge back deck you would think you’re on a 45ft boat. With a large stainless steel BBQ fitted to the starboard side and a huge ice box to keep the drinks icy cold you cant go wrong. There is a huge swim platform fitted with a ladder for those nice relaxing dips over at Rotto with a rear deck shower also fitted making it the perfect summer boat.

 

This particular boat is well known for its stability in the water and its handling in any weather due to its large keel design. With the present owner having thoughts of keeping her long term, they have just poured money into her. In the last few months SMS has been out of the water for its annual service, where it was antifouled, propspeed and even the prop was replaced and tuned to suit the new engine. New carpets where fitted to the flybridge, rear deck and cabin and new clears to the flybridge. This boat has had no money spared on recent upgrades. Due to a change in off shore work commitments the boat now unfortunately doesn’t get used so its time for all the owners hard work to now be enjoyed by someone else.

 

SMS has all the comforts of home with a full electric hot water system which is also plumbed to the engine and with 500L of water from twin 250L water tanks, you can enjoy that long shower. It has a huge shower and bathroom and you don’t have to shower over the toilet in this beauty. It also comes fitted with the electric toilet with 250L holding tank making it legal for Rotto.

 

Plan to stay over night? No problems! With a generous queen size bed fitted to v birth also with two couches that turn into single beds, this boat has plenty of room to sleep. The galley comes with fridge, freezer, microwave and plenty of storage for all the pots and pans, cheese and biscuits.

 

To complete the ultimate boating package the owner is throwing in the two kayaks and tender with outboard, so all you need to do is move your personal belongings in, turn the key and enjoy yourself.
